The Public Relations Representative is responsible for coordinating and supervising local center events and statewide fundraising events in conjunction with the Public Relations Director. Key duties include: promoting the events, securing sponsorship, ticket sales, and donations for local center and statewide events. Selected candidate will handle financial donations, maintain donor records, organize and report all ‘In-kind’ gifts, code all incoming financial gifts and post them to donors’ records. Candidate will also maintain ‘Thank You’ letter receipts and gift acknowledgments, provide daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management, and other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Recent working computer knowledge and database experience, general office skills, typing 40+ WPM, mature Christian character, and confidentiality are required. Previous bookkeeping experience preferred. Person selected will join a large team of people working together to reach those bound by life-controlling problems.
