Job Opportunities   Bookkeeper - Home of Hope in Casa Grande Teen Challenge of Arizona has an opening for a Center Secretary/Bookkeeper at our Home of Hope for Women and Children located in Casa Grande. The Center Secretary/Bookkeeper is responsible for handling all incoming money, requisitions and transfer requests as well as submitting monthly reports, scheduling appointments for the Center Director, answering the phone, keeping files current and other duties as assigned. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., plus other hours as needed. Requirements: Must have adequate typing and office skills, bookkeeping experience and be a mature Christian.   Teacher - Home of Hope in Casa Grande Teen Challenge of Arizona, Inc. is looking to hire a Childcare Teacher to work in our licensed Childcare Center located at the Home of Hope in Casa Grande.   Must possess the educational qualifications of a childcare teacher: a minimum of six months experience in a daycare setting and/or childcare education,  high school diploma or GED, must be able to obtain or have an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.   Springboard Home for Youth in Crisis - House Parent Teen Challenge of Arizona has an opening for a House Parent at the Springboard Home for Youth in Crisis located in the Tucson, Arizona area. Responsibilities for this position include; direct 24/7 supervision and care for the students in the program; provide students with ministry and prayer as need; enforce house rules with fairness and objectivity; perform "on-call" duties as assigned; maintain complete confidentiality and integrity in communication in accordance with Teen Challenge confidentiality policy and other duties as assigned.
